This ultimately depends on the service your instrument requires, but we try to take care of most standard repairs within a week! Larger repairs such as refinishing, repairs that require custom parts, and other things of that nature, may take longer. We recommend that you call ahead (303-663-4084) and set an appointment so we can be sure one of our technicians is available. We are open Monday – Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. If you don’t make an appointment, you can certainly bring your instrument by anytime for a free estimate but you may not get the opportunity to witness the estimate. We will send you photos and details after our technician has the chance to look it over. Either way, we guarantee that our tech will walk you through their diagnosis, options for solutions, and estimated cost!
The technician will let you know which repairs are crucial to the performance of the instrument and you are free to choose the work that is performed. You can always get a free estimate of the repairs you can budget for and can bring the instrument back for the repairs at a later date.

It depends on the type of instrument you have! Cleanings can run anywhere from $75 for smaller more simple instruments to over $400 for larger or more time consuming instruments. Our techs can look it over and tell you what your instrument needs.
Unfortunately, we do not. Piano tuners are specially trained and are a part of a tuning guild. We respect this by leaving that work to them!
