Return & Exchange Policy
Any new, unused item may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition that you purchased it. Non returnable items include: gift cards, used music accessories and damaged items.
We gladly replace or exchange items if they are gifted, defective or damaged. To exchange, please come into our store and have your receipt ready.
To return your product, by mail, please contact us before shipping. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
